The EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, n. 679 provides for the right to the protection of personal data concerning natural persons. In compliance with this legislation, our company, which intends to process your personal data, wishes to inform you in advance, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679, that this treatment will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, limitation of conservation, integrity and confidentiality and responsibility, as well as protection of your privacy and Your rights.

The treatment has the purpose of being able to contact you, following your request, for:
- provide the requested information and be contacted by us;
- commercial / promotional purposes regarding products / services, events and initiatives related to them provided by DI NATALE - BERTELLI S.P.A. by post and / or telephone and also through automated systems (SMS, e-mail, e-mail marketing / newsletter);
Registration Form
The treatment has the purpose of being able to contact you, following your request, for:
- Register on our site to access the Reserved Area, to search for products and any services made available by our company;
- commercial / promotional purposes regarding products / services, events and initiatives related to them provided by DI NATALE - BERTELLI S.P.A. by post and / or telephone and also through automated systems (SMS, e-mail, e-mail marketing / newsletter);
Pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679, art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a, for points A) and B) relating to the aforementioned purposes, it is specified that these treatments find their legal basis on the consent of the interested party and that this must be clearly expressed in order to execute the processing of personal data, up to its explicit opposition.
Any total or partial refusal to provide your personal data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to be able to contact you and / or include it in marketing operations, sending commercial information described in this statement.
The treatment will be carried out by specifically appointed subjects, in the following ways: electronic and paper.
The subjects in charge of whom your personal data (personal and common data) can be communicated are the following:
- persons in charge who are part of our company;
- external subjects who eventually perform IT systems and website management on behalf of our company;
- subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by law or regulations;
- other subjects required by law.
The data collected for the purposes referred to in point A) will be duly stored for a maximum period quantifiable in 10 years, pursuant to art. 2220 c.c. or, pursuant to art. 13. c.2, lett. a), second part, of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a variable term, according to criteria of balancing legitimate business interests (related to tax checks, any special correspondence, such as disputes, arrears, legal aspects, periodic purchase, statistical purposes , productive, quality).
The collected data will be duly stored for a maximum period quantifiable in 10 years from the last contractual relationship, pursuant to art. 2220 c.c. or, pursuant to art. 13. p.2, lett. a), second part, of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a variable term (and up to a further 10 years), according to criteria of balancing legitimate business interests (related to tax audits, any special correspondence, such as disputes, arrears, legal aspects, periodic purchase, statistical, production, quality purposes).
The data collected for the purpose referred to in point B) will be duly stored for a maximum period quantifiable in 24 months as provided in point 8 of the General Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data of 24 February 2005.
There is no possibility of disseminating the data (diffusion = communication to indeterminate subjects).
